R: Items priced between R1,000 – R10,000
RR: Items priced between R10,000 – R25,000.
RRR: Items priced between R25,000 – R40,000.
RRRR: Items priced between R40,000 – R70,000.
RRRRR: Items priced between R70,000 – R100,000.
RRRRRR: Items priced between R100,000 – R150,000.
RRRRRRR: Items priced between R150,000+

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we are not required to accept returns or offer refunds for custom-made products unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
